Moonlight Music School is delighted to bring back our three summer camps! Finding the right camp for your child can be difficult. Our camps provide a safe space for your child to develop as musicians and foster personal growth in an environment they can enjoy and learn from.
"SO YOU WANT TO BE A COMPOSER?"
“So, You Want To Be A Composer?” is a fun, creative camp designed to inspire and equip students to compose their own pieces of music! Students will leave camp knowing how to make a piece of music reflect its title, use motives, organize a piece using a form, and much more. This camp is full of music listening, music making, and music composing. The goal of this camp is for students to be inspired by all the great repertoire they hear and study throughout the week, be better equipped to analyze pieces they are studying in private lessons, and – of course – be better equipped to compose their own music! On the last day of camp, students will receive a signed certificate in the back of their workbook congratulating them upon becoming composers. All materials and snacks will be provided.

LITTLE MAESTROS CAMP
This camp is designed for children 4-8 years old, with little to no experience in music. The fun program of this camp introduces students to music in a creative and playful environment. Children will sing nursery rhymes, play on various music instruments, explore rhythm and notation through games, and learn about musical elements such as timbre and dynamics. This camp is a great way to get a musical head start if your child will be starting private music lessons in the fall!

SOUL SHINE CAMP
Imagine a summer camp where kids age 7 and up become shining stars. At this camp, everyone's a performer - whether they're starting out or already strumming tunes. Every day, campers get to sing and play instruments, either solo or with peers. They will also join in student masterclasses to give props and swap tips. But it's not all about the stage; there are loads of games and fun activities too. It's all about letting each camper sparkle and have a blast!
